Celeste R. Williams is a teacher, short story author, novelist, and screenwriter. She is the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of W3 Enterprises, LLC, a boutique holding company that operates several businesses and programs. Based in Baltimore, MD, Celeste aims to build up her community and create an enhancement in the quality of life for all the people in her community.

A multi-hyphenate in her own right, Celeste has pursued her dreams through music, dance, art, and theater. She is a force to be reckoned with in every discipline and has earned many accolades for her performances and her work on and off the stage.

 

When she is not penning the next great American blockbuster film, she can be found teaching students in the Baltimore City Public School System or feeding the best partner in the world, James, while he reads and critiques her latest works of intrigue and drama. 

 

Her ideas for television series, animated series, made for television movies, short films as well as feature films create a list as long as the mind can imagine. She has spent many years studying and honing her craft to bring the world the very best in entertainment production.

Currently, she is deciding which Screenwriting competition to enter including The Page Awards, The Orlando Film Festival, The Script Pipeline Series and The Baltimore Screenwriting Awards. At the rate she is moving, the sky is the limit.
